摘要
日照新型建材住宅示范区27#住宅楼被列为《住房和城乡建设部2014年科学技术项目计划》国际科技合作项目(中德合作),是山东省首例采用德国被动房标准设计的住宅建筑。本文介绍了德国被动式节能建筑技术在国内多、高层住宅建筑中的应用实践,并进行了各项技术和经济分析。通过"被动房"本土化的实现,获得本土化经验,从个案推广开,进而建立适合中国国情发展的"被动房"设计方法,建造符合中国国情的被动式房屋。
The No. 27 residential building in the new building material residential demonstration area in Rizhao, which is classified as an international science and technology cooperation project(Sino-German cooperation) in the Science and Technology Project Plan of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2014, is the first case of residential building designed in accordance with the German passive house standard in Shandong Province. This paper introduces the application of German passive ans low-energy building technology in multiple and high-rise residential buildings in China, and carries out technical and economic analyses. Based on the experience obtained from practices of localizing the 'passive house', the 'passive house' design methodology that is suitable for China's climatic condition will be established, so as to construct the passive house in accordance with China's national condition.
