摘要
建筑节能是全球应对气候变化问题的重要途径。被动式房屋作为建筑节能领域的前沿技术,成为各国实现节能减排目标的重要手段。本文梳理了欧盟在应对气候变化问题上的大致策略和目标,以及德奥作为建筑节能技术领先国家的主要做法,以8个包括住宅、学校、幼儿园、超市、办公楼以及城区等不同类型的被动式房屋项目为基础,从建筑、设备、通风设计等方面阐述分析德奥被动式房屋的技术现状和优势,并总结其对我国被动房发展的启示。
Building energy efficiency is an important approach of global response to climate change. As an advanced technology, the passive house becomes an important way to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction target. This paper presents EU's general strategy and objectives to address climate change issues, and the main measures of Germany and Austria as leading countries in energy-efficient building technology. Based on eight passive house projects including residence, school, kindergarten, supermarket, office building and urban area, this paper introduces the technical status of passive house in German and Austria, and summarizes their technical advantages and experiences.
