摘要
本文以贵安生态文明创新园为例,详细介绍了中英合作背景下创新园规划建设的可持续策略,包括践行低碳建设模式,树立海绵城市示范,实现智慧园区运营,推动本土文化传承4个方面;同时分析了创新园在推动创新技术集成、绿色低碳科技评估、绿色标准制定和探索创新发展模式等方面的特色和优势,探讨适合贵安新区乃至中国西南地区新型城镇化发展的、以生态文明为指引的系统化解决方案。
With the Gui'an Innovation Park as an example, this paper introduces the sustainable strategies for the planning and construction of the innovation park in the context of Sino-British cooperation, including the low-carbon construction model, exemplary sponge city, smart park operation and local culture inheritance. In addition, the paper analyzes the features and advantages of the innovation park in promoting technology integration, green technology evaluation, green building standard formulation and development model exploration, in order to find an ecological civilization-oriented solution for new urbanization development of Gui'an New Area and even southwest China.
