摘要
本文以贵安新区的清控人居科技示范楼为例,探讨了以被动式技术为主导、结合主动式技术的可持续策略与建筑的一体化,详细介绍了自然通风、天然采光、围护结构优化、可再生能源利用、结合雨水回用的生态景观和本土材料等可持续技术与建筑功能、空间和形式的整合设计实践。
With the THE-STUDIO(Tsinghua Eco-Studio) in Gui'an Area as an example, this paper introduces an integrated design practice of sustainable strategies and building function, space, as well as form in green building. The THE-STUDIO is built based on passive design strategies and active technologies, as well as other sustainable technologies including natural ventilation, natural lighting, building envelope optimization, renewable energy utilization, ecological landscape that is based on rainwater reuse, and local materials.
