模块化装配式设计建造可持续建筑——以清控人居科技示范楼项目为例

MODULAR PREFABRICATION FOR SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE:A CASE STUDY ON THE THE-STUDIO

为在短时间内建造一座可持续示范建筑——清控人居科技示范楼,满足技术展示、建筑运行数据采集以及为技术更新提供实验平台等各项要求,项目采用了模块化+装配式的设计和建造方式。建筑被划分为木建筑模块,轻钢箱体模块,外表皮及幕墙模块,设备模块4部分。4大建构模块各自独立安装在共同的基础底板上,不同模块间有较大的误差包容度,实现了从深化设计到部品加工及现场施工的并行作业,极大地缩短了建造周期,保证了建筑整体的完成度,也为示范建筑作为开放的实验平台提供了灵活性。

The THE-STUDIO(Tsinghua Eco-Studio) is a sustainable and low-energy building functioning as a platform to showcase technologies, collect data on building operation, as well as update technologies. To achieve the objective in a short time, the modular prefabrication design and construction model is adopted, and the building is divided into four modules: the wooden building module, the lightweight steel construction module, skin and curtain wall module, and the MEP module. These four building modules are separately installed on a same base plate with a larger error tolerance between different modules, which achieve parallel activities from the detailed design to products processing and to on-site construction. It not only greatly shortens the construction cycle and ensures the completion of the building, but also promotes the flexibility of the demonstration building as an open experimental platform.
