摘要
绿色建筑能否达到设计预期的绿色绩效有赖于使用后评估。本文以武汉"市民之家"为例,从节能绩效的角度,对建筑的节能技术和实际能耗进行调研、测试和分析。在核查建筑节能相关技术的基础上,通过调研获取建筑实际运行中的能耗信息,并将其与武汉市类似公共建筑的能耗进行比较,经由实测验证能耗原因的预判,分析建筑节能设计的相关得失。研究认为绿色建筑的关键并不是绿色技术运用的数量,而在于采取适宜的技术与建筑空间形式相结合而产生的整体绿色绩效。在很大程度上,合适的建筑形式与空间是绿色建筑的基础。对于冬冷夏热地区,不宜采取规模过度的中庭和西向大面积玻璃幕墙。
Whether the green buildings can achieve the expected green performance is dependent on the post occupancy evaluation(POE). This paper, taking the building of 'The Home of Wuhan Citizens' as an example, conducts a study, test and analysis on the energy-saving technology and the actual energy consumption of the building from the perspective of energy-saving performance. On the basis of validating the building energysaving technology, it gets the energy consumption information in the actual operation through the research, then compares it with similar public buildings in Wuhan, and analyzes the gain and loss about the design for low-energy buildings based on the validated energy consumption. It suggested that the key of the green buildings is not the number of green technologies, but the overall green performance generated by the combination of the appropriate technology and the architectural space and form – the foundation of the green building. In hot summer and cold winter areas, it is inappropriate to use excessive atrium and the large glass curtain wall on west facade.
