。 With the development of society and the improvement of transportation, people could enjoy the food across different region or even oversea. But we don't need a tomato coming to our kitchen through thousands of kilometers. The delicious food, for example the bovine colostrum from Hokkaido, Italian mozzarella, German beer and the Norwegian salmon are normally not consumed in a low carbon way even though they are planted with organic methods. The food transportation consume huge amount of energy and pollute environment. If food can be produced and consumed at the same location, it will undoubtedly help humans to reduce carbon emissions due to food transportation. France Pavilion for Milan World Expo which use a wooden structure building of 'tomorrow bazaar' support homegrown agricultural products puts the exploration and innovation into practice. This is a 'future market model' of construction, and it's also a low carbon and ecological system that can directly produce and consume.
