摘要
通过互联网与移动互联网在中国城乡的普及,有序有效地利用资源,将乡村链接入全球技术与市场网络,加入都会区域分工,分享城镇化的溢价,或将走出一条有别于西方城市化模式和中国过去几十年城镇化模式的道路。在全球信息化生产的分工下,中国乡村和小城镇通过农村电子商务使得生产与消费合一,将地方传统组织与信息新技术相结合,形成新的协会和组织方式。农村电子商务的涌现,将催生21世纪中国特有的城镇化模式——在线城镇化,一个互联网时代特有的以人为核心的城镇化之路。这将是一场农村社会与经济的创新,或许更是一次人性的回归。
Recent development in China may create a new urbanization model which is different from conventional Western models and traditional Chinese models in the past few decades. The popularity of the internet and mobile internet, and effective use of resources enabled rural areas to be linked into global technology and market network, join the regional segmentation of labor, and have a share of premiums from urbanization. With the informatization of global production, rural villages and towns in China can leverage on e-commerce to converge production and consumption, adapt local traditional organization to new information technologies, and during the process create new organization forms. The emergence of e-commerce in rural areas will give rise to a unique Chinese model of urbanization–urbanization Online-Mobile in this human centric internet era. It symbolizes an innovation of rural society and economy, as well as a return of human nature.
