STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY SELECTION OF GREEN BUILDING IN BEIJING

摘要 发展绿色建筑是北京着力构建绿色发展新格局的重要组成部分,其水平一直居于全国前列,但同时也面临着技术问题和发展瓶颈。本文介绍了北京市绿色建筑的发展概况,对141个已获得绿色建筑标识的项目进行了详细地统计分析。在此基础上,调研了79个具有普适性的、已获得标识的项目,总结出各类绿色建筑技术的使用频率,梳理出现阶段北京市建设绿色建筑项目适宜选用并推广的技术和策略,并为北京市绿色建筑项目的技术选取提供切实有效的数据参考,以期对绿色建筑发展起到进一步的推动作用。 Development of green building is the important part of the new green developing patterns in Beijing. It is always taking a leading position in China. However, it is also facing technical problems and development bottleneck. This paper introduces the developing status of green building in Beijing and analyzes 141 projects which received green building label. On this basis, it researches 79 universal projects with the label and summarizes the frequency of green building technologies, then teases out the technology and strategy which suitable to popularize in Beijing. At last, this paper provides the effective data for technology selection about green building projects and expects to promote green building for further development.
