As a sustainable building, the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne succeeds not only in the energy conservation and environmental protection from the technical aspect, but also in the building service function improving, and people's aesthetic needs are satisfied from the spiritual aspect. Its design has perfectly integrated the building, natural environment and people's feeling in complete harmony. The environmental psychology theory is applied in the architectural layout, landscape, building facade and child centered interior space design, which makes the scenery depicted and the emotions expressed in perfect harmony, thus providing wonderful visual feast and spiritual enjoyment for people there.
