摘要
"河北新华幕墙有限公司办公楼"的实施是由中国本土设计与施工单位完成的,尽可能地采用了中国国内的建筑材料以及相关产品。该项目获得了德国被动房研究所的认证,并被中国住房和城乡建设部评选为被动式房屋示范项目。从该项目所在地的气候分析入手,本文对河北新华幕墙有限公司办公楼建设过程中遇到的问题及解决办法,工程中所运用到的设备安装和使用情况进行了详尽的阐述分析,以期为后续同类项目提供参考。
The passive office building of Hebei Xinhua Curtain Wall Company is executed and completed by Chinese companies using local materials and products. This building has received the passive house certification by PHI and has been chosen as the Passive House demonstration project by the MOHURD. Based on the local climate analysis, this paper elaborates and analyses problems and solutions in the construction process as well as the installation and usage of equipment so as to provide reference to similar projects.
