摘要
本文结合江南水乡地区的气候和地理特征,分析了最近两年江阴市山泉村新建村镇低能耗住宅的规划布局效果。同时,对村镇低能耗住宅进行了室内环境测试,结果表明:新建村镇低能耗住宅保温性能好、能耗低、室内环境舒适,具有较好的推广价值和经济实用性的节能住宅。
According to the features of climate and geography of water towns in the south area of Yangtze River, this paper analyses the city planning new rural residential consumption effect of Shanquan village of Jiangyin in the past two years. At the same time, the paper conducts the rural residential consumption of indoor environmental testing. The results show that the new rural residential energy consumption and good insulation properties, low energy consumption, comfortable indoor environment have good popularization value and economic practicability of residential energy conservation.
