基于舒适性能提升的既有建筑绿色改造技术初探 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE GREEN RENOVATION TECHNOLOGY OF EXISTING BUILDING BASED ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMFORT PERFORMANCE

摘要 建筑改造的舒适性能提升将从研究人的舒适行为特征开始,探索既有建筑改造在舒适指标体系(采光环境、声学特征、热舒适条件、空气品质与健康等),及其在空间再利用与围护结构改造中的绿色目标。通过探索基于舒适性能为导向的环境响应的适宜技术,建成基于既有建筑再生利用的环境优化、舒适性能提升的应用技术系统。 Building comfort performance improvements will be taken from the comfortable behavior characteristics, to explore the existing buildings renovation in comfort index system(lighting environment, acoustic characteristics, thermal comfort conditions, air quality and health, etc.), and the spatial reuse and green targets in the envelop structure transformation. Through exploration of environment-response technologies based on the comfort performance, an application system could be built based on environment optimization and the comfortable performance improvement of renewable utilization in existing buildings.
