预制装配式实现被动式超低能耗建筑技术与实践——中建科技成都研发中心示范项目 被引量:9

摘要 以中建科技在成都产业园建设的以被动式超低能耗建筑、工业化建筑、绿色建筑和智能化建筑为目标的研发中心项目为例,详细介绍了设计和研发成果,包括传热系数确定、保温形式创新、被动式节能技术、地埋管风系统、新风处理技术、地源热泵系统、绿色云平台等方面,特别是在装配式结合被动式建筑方面进行了新的技术路线探索和工程实践。 The paper takes the R&D center in Technology Industrial Park ChengDu as an example which is designed to be a passive ultra low energy consumption building, industrialized building, green building and intelligent building. The design and research results are introduced, including the determination of the heat transfer, the innovation of thermal insulation form, passive energy saving technologies, buried pipe ventilation system, air handling technologies, ground source heat group, the green cloud platform, etc., making exploration and demonstration for passive ultra low energy consumption building which is prefabricated built.
