摘要
本文以深圳裕璟幸福家园为例,详尽分析了高层装配整体式剪力墙结构的标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工全过程。该项目创新地提出了适合南方夏热冬暖地区的外墙防水节点做法,梳理了装配式建筑领域BIM技术在设计、生产、施工层面的典型应用。
Taking the Yujing Xingfu Home District as an example, this paper analyses the standardized design, factory production, assembly construction in details. The author explores the typical application of BIM technology at design, production and construction levels in assembly building fields. Furthermore, the details of wall waterproofing suitable for the hot summer and warm winter areas in the south has been proposed innovatively.
