摘要
焦化厂公租房项目是我国首个将超低能耗技术与装配式结构相结合的住宅建筑。从户型面积限制、建筑朝向以及装配式混凝土结构入手,本文分析了高层装配式公租房建筑的超低能耗技术设计策略,以期为国内超低能耗绿色建筑的发展提供借鉴。
The Jiaohuachang public rental house is the first residential building project which combines ultra-low energy consumption technology with prefabricated structure. Based on the unit area limit, building orientation and fabricated concrete structure, this paper analyses the design strategies of ultralow energy consumption technology in high-rise assembly public rental house building in order to provide some references for the development of ultra-low energy consumption green building.
