绿色建筑目标实现核心的用户行为分析——以城设绿色办公室为例

摘要 近年来,绿色建筑在我国得到了蓬勃发展,其理念被广泛地认知。但是绿色建筑能否真正达到设计目标,从而实现经济效益和环境效益,受到人们的质疑。人们对绿色建筑的认知往往停留在绿色设计、绿色施工方面,而忽略了运营管理的重要性。本文以城设绿色办公室为例,在低成本装修的前提下,通过对新办公室进行绿色办公设计,并应用分项计量系统收集能耗运行数据和观察员工的行为模式,分阶段探索实现绿色办公目标的重要因素,提出用户行为模式是实现绿色办公目标的关键。 The green building has a rapid development recent years in China, and the concept of green building is better understood than in earlier days. While the actual performance of the green building cannot meet the design goal in most cases which may not realize the economic and environmental benefits eventually. At this junction, people's perception of green building performance tends to be confined to green design and green construction only, with no clearly laid out commitment to post construction operation management. A study was carried out to observe and examine the energy use pattern of a basically fitted out green office design to establish a relationship between energy consumption and the employees' behavior and habit. Then came to the conclusion that the occupants' behavior is the key to whether the objectives of a green building office design can be realized.
