摘要
传统街区更新是当前国内城市存量更新的一个重要类型,传统街区的人口建筑密度高、形态和产权分布零碎、民生设施条件落后、街区环境品质较差,绿色更新是改善传统街区衰败化栖居环境的重要途径。本文结合实际案例,对传统街区基于城市与自然尺度、街区环境尺度和街区建筑尺度3个层面的绿色更新途径进行相关探讨,尝试通过绿色更新的视角和途径,建立起以生态共生为目标的街区更新导向体系,从而为当前城市更新热潮中的现实性视野提供一种更具健康性和长远性的价值观。
The renewal of traditional urban blocks is an important type of current urban renewal in China. The traditional neighborhoods have much more urban problems such as high density of population, fragmentary distribution of form and property, poor conditions for public facilities, poor environmental quality and so on. Green renewal is an important way to improve the inhabitation environmental quality of traditional neighborhoods. Based on the actual cases, from three scale levels based on city and natural scale, block environmental scale and block building scale, the article is aimed at establishing a renewal oriented goals' system based on Ecological Symbiosis, and providing a more healthy and long-term view of the realistic vision in the current urban renewal.
