建筑的“弹性”——ISO国际标准技术报告《建筑与土木工程的弹性》编制思考 被引量:1

摘要 技术报告是编制系列相关国际标准的基础依据,是基础理论研究成果向国际标准转化的积极尝试。本文从梳理编制ISO/TC59/WG4/《建筑与土木工程的弹性》国际标准技术报告(TR22845)的编制目的和工作思路入手,对"建筑的弹性"的基本概念进行阐述和比对,希望能为建筑及相关学科的交叉和融合提供思路,积极推动"弹性"从"理念"转化为技术和标准层面,发挥其在实现可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goals,SDGs)中的重要支撑作用。 The technical report is a basis for preparing a series of relevant international standards, and the positive attempt to transform basic theoretical research results into international standards. In this paper, the basic concept of the Resilience of Buildings is elaborated and compared, starting with the purpose and working ideas of the International Standard Technical Report(TR22845) of ISO/TC59/WG4/Resilience of Buildings and Civil Engineering Works. We hope it can provide ideas for interdisciplinary and integration, and actively promote Resilience from the Idea into the technical and standard level, and play its important supporting role in the realization of the sustainable city and human settlements(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs).
