德国英恩霍文建筑事务所(Ingenhoven architects)致力于探索建筑可持续性及技术的卓越节能功效,并在2010年美国谷歌总部大楼的设计中提出了"超级绿色"这个全面的绿色建筑概念。由英恩霍文建筑事务所设计的"超绿建筑"玛丽娜1号(Marina One)是一个高密度城市综合体项目,获得了2018法国国际房地产投资展览会(Mipim Awards 2018)最佳新颖绿色建筑奖。该项目总面积40.0万m^2,4栋高层建筑包括写字楼、住宅及商业等功能,其中2栋写字楼面积为17.5万m^2,2栋住宅楼为城市提供1042套住房及3000套复式住宅,4栋高层建筑围合成"绿色之心",由地面绿化延续到高层的公共空间并形成了多层叠加的立体绿洲。

Ingenhoven architects located in German is committed to the building sustainability and excellence energy performance of technology. The 'Supergreen' is a comprehensive concept that Ingenhoven architects has not only coined but copyrighted in the project of Google headquarters office in USA. Marina One, which designed by Ingenhoven architects, is a high density urban complex building project and awarded the Best Innovative Green Building in Mipim Award 2018 in France. Marina One is enclosed by four high-rise buildings, forming a Green Heart, which extends from the greenery on the ground into the public space in upper floors, making it a multi-layered three-dimensional oasis. The total area of the Marina One project is 400 000 square meters, consisting of office buildings, residential and commercial functions. The two office buildings are 175 000 square meters, while the two residential buildings provide the city 1042 houses and 3000 duplex houses.
