摘要
对于被动房来说,设计中的每一个环节都影响着最终能耗结果。外围护结构、暖通系统、热水系统等相关各个方面在设计中都需要整体综合考虑。笔者以在德国大量的被动房设计及建造实践经验为例,总结出若干被动房从设计到施工各阶段需要特别注意的要点,希望将德国被动房设计及建造的相关经验引入中国,为被动房理念在中国的推广作出贡献。
For passive house, every section in the design affects the final energy consumption performance. External building enclosure, heating system, hot water system, etc. need to be integrated in the design. This article makes a summary of several key points which required special attention for passive house from design to construction, based on lots of practice and experience in passive house design and construction in Germany. It hopes that the introduction of German experience to China can contribute to the promotion of passive house concept in China.
