摘要
在绿色生态城区的规划建设中,要求坚持低碳环保、可持续发展理念,开展能源供给侧结构性改革,推广清洁、可再生能源的规模化应用。青岛中德生态园的实践表明,通过构建清洁、可持续能源系统,进一步优化了能源结构、提升了能源利用效率,减少了大气污染物和CO_2排放,具有良好的经济社会效益。
The concept of low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable development should be persisted in the planning and construction of green ecological city. Meanwhile the energy supply-side structural reform and the scale application of clean renewable energy should be carried out. The practice in Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark shows that the energy structure and efficiency is optimized through the construction of clean and sustainable energy system, which could bring good economical and social benefits with reduction of air pollutants and carbon dioxide emissions.
