中德生态园“三减一加”背景下的海绵型城市道路设计探索

THE EXPLORATION OF SPONGE URBAN ROAD DESIGN BASED ON THE "RRRI" CONCEPT IN SINO-GERMAN ECOPARK

摘要 在中德生态园全面落实"三减一加"(减少雨水管线、减少污水管线、减少集中供热、加大可再生能源应用)的背景下,以生态园9号线方案为例,对园区内海绵型城市道路设计进行了探索和实践,并对相关指标进行了核算,以期为园区内其他道路基于"三减一加"理念的海绵城市建设提供技术参考。 The "RRRI" means reducing the application of storm water pipe, reducing the application of sewage pipe and reducing the application of central heating is fully implemented in the Sino-German Ecopark. Taking the 9 th Road in eco-park as example, this paper explores the road design and index calculation of sponge city, and which aim to provide technical reference to the similar projects in the park.
