被动式超低能耗建筑外墙外保温系统的阶段性应用问题及技术尝试 被引量:1

摘要 由于具有低能耗、高效能、高热舒适度等特点,被动式超低能耗建筑越来越受到我国建筑行业的广泛关注。外墙外保温系统作为其最重要的一项"被动式"技术,对实现连续的无热桥设计起着决定性的作用。本文主要针对我国被动式超低能耗建筑外墙外保温系统在实际应用中面临的阶段性问题及技术瓶颈,尝试提出适宜的技术路线、设计方法和构造体系,并总结介绍近几年实际工程案例中的成功经验和方法。 Because of the low energy consumption, high efficiency, and high heat comfort, passive ultra-low energy buildings have received increasing attention from the construction industry in China. Exterior thermal insulation system is the most important "passive" technology in passive ultra-low energy buildings, and it plays a decisive role in achieving continuous heatless bridge design. This paper mainly focused on the stage application problems and technical bottlenecks of exterior thermal insulation system for passive ultra-low energy buildings in China, tried to put forward appropriate technical routes, design methods and structural systems, and summarized the successful experiences and methods in practical engineering cases in recent years.
