摘要
井式空间的形态在交通类建筑中十分常见,是传递人、物质与能量的载体。本文以北京市为例,通过对城市轨道交通综合体建筑进行实际的物理环境测试,解析不同部位的井式空间存在的问题和被动式调节作用的潜力,进而结合建筑的功能和使用特性,从建筑的被动式空间设计出发,总结了以高性能低能耗为目标导向的3种典型的井式空间模式,以期为建筑设计提供新思路。
The well-type space is a widely used space in traffic architecture, and it carries of human, material and energy. This research took into account the method of parametric analysis through actual, long-term performance monitoring, as a case study of Beijing City, in order to extract and analyze the most influential factors and their degree of action. According to functions and characteristics of urban subway transit complex buildings, from the aspect of passive building space design, aiming at high-performance and low energy consumption, three typical models of well space are put forward to provide new ideas for architecture design.
