摘要
以宜居城市建设理论为基础,探讨了西部小城镇建设宜居城市的必要性。参照现有的宜居城市评价体系后构建了适宜西部小城镇的评价体系,以云南省晋宁区为例,从经济富裕度、生活便宜度、环境优美度、社会文明度、资源承载度、公共安全度6个方面进行了宜居程度评价,并对评价结果进行了分析。在此基础上,树立了针对性的发展目标并提出了相应的解决策略。
On the basis of the theory of livable city construction, this paper discusses the necessity of constructing a small town in the west of China. Based on the existing evaluation system of livable city, the evaluation system of small towns in the west is constructed. Jinning county in Yunnan province as an example, from the economic rich, life is cheap and beautiful environment, social civilization degrees, the degree of resources bear ability, public safety degree of six aspects, the evaluation of degree of habitable and the evaluation results were analyzed. On this basis, the development goals and corresponding solutions are set up.
