摘要
介绍新乡火电厂440t/h循环流化床锅炉技术特点、结构及布置,对其关键部件及独特的结构如旋风分离器、大直径钟罩式风帽、双炉膛结构、尾部受热面布置等进行分析和性能预测。该型锅炉在传统循环流化床锅炉技术基础上,进行了多处创新,其整体性能还需实践检验。
This article introduces the technical features,configuration and layout of440t/h circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC)boiler.The key components and unique configuration,such as cyclone separator,large diameter bell type bubbling cap,twin furnace configuration and tail heating surface layout etc.are analyzed and their perfor-mances are forecasted.Several innovations are carried out on this boiler on the basis of the tradi tional CFBC boiler technology.The total performance has yet to be tested and checked.
