摘要
实时电价能促进电力资源的优化配置,是实现高效率运作的电力市场的关键所在。传统的实时电价数学模型一般都不考虑用户价格反应,把用户负荷看成常数,然后求解修正最优潮流方程,得到节点实时电价。文中提出一个考虑用户价格反应的实时电价数学模型,该模型通过把用户的无功电价折算到有功电价,形成修正有功电价,来研究功率因数恒定的用户对实时电价的反应。用一个实例系统进行实时电价的仿真计算,得到的结果有一定的指导意义。
Real-time pricing of electricity,which is the hinge of constructing a high efficient electricity market,can promote the optimal allocation of electric power resources.Traditional real-time pricing formulations seldom consider customers'responsiveness,and treat the customers'demands as constants,then solve the modified OPF.In this way,the real-time prices of the nodes are de-rived.In this paper,a mathematical model considering customer's responsiveness is presented.This model incorporates the reactive power price into the active power price,consequently a modified active power price is formed to study the responsiveness of the cus-tomer who has constant power factor.Finally,the test on a simple system is given,and useful conclusions are reached.
