摘要
民办高职院校的档案资料,在高职高专院校人才培养工作评估中发挥了其它工作无法替代的重要作用,但在日常管理中存在一些问题,本文就如何加强档案管理进行了分析。
The archival data in vocational colleges play an irreplaceable role in appraising the talents training work in vocational colleges.However,there are still some problems in its daily work.And this paper analyses how to improve the archives management.
