The Positioning of Teachers in Higher Vocational Schools under the Lifelong Study Concept

终身教育和终身学习是社会经济发展的必然趋势,是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的要求。高等职业院校因其明显优于其他教育实体的优势,将在终身教育体系中扮演重要的角色,发挥巨大的作用,高职院校教师与学生是共同学习者,是学生学习的制定者,人格的塑造者,更应成为终身学习的典范。

Lifelong education and lifelong study are the inevitable trend of the social economy development.They are purposed in the "Guidelines on National Mid-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Planning"(2010-2020).With its obvious advantages over other educational entities,higher vocational schools will play an important role in the lifelong education system.Teachers and students in the higher vocational schools are both students,study planners,character builders,who should be the lifelong study model.
