On the Effective Ways to Improve the Coordination Work Quality of the Party Policy Office

党政办公室作为高校综合管理部门,协调工作是其主要职能之一,本文试从党政办公室开展协调工作的特殊地位出发,遵循遵纪守法、调查研究、统一领导、维护团结、热情服务五大基本原则,着力从以人为本为先、超前预案为先、语言技巧为先等方面探讨如何有效提高党政办公室协调工作的质量和效率。

The Party policy office is an administrative department in college,whose main function is coordinating with other departments and whose work should emphasize three "Firsts" and follow five basic principles.The three "Firsts" are: people first,plan in advance first and expression skill first and the five basic principles are: obeying the law,doing researches,centralized leadership,safeguarding unity,enthusiastic service.Then this paper proposes several effective ways to improve its quality and efficiency from the Party policy office’s special function of carrying out coordinating work.
