构建高校班级星级管理体系的探索与实践

On Constructing the Star Level Management System in Vocational College

本文根据高校班级管理实践探索积极构建高校班级星级管理方法,实行"德智双馨"评比去激励学生,努力营造既规范又和谐、既严谨又宽松、激人热情、催人奋进的班级人文环境,提升学生道德辨别力、判断力、选择力、创造力,学会判断和选择,学会积极面对人生,创造生活,让学生有尊严地成长。从而推动了班级生活环境和学生生活方式以及行为习惯的改变,实现了德育与生活零距离对接。

Based on the class management practice, this paper discusses the construction of star level management system in vocational college, trying to motivate students with practicing the Moral-Wisdom Win-win evaluation, which aims to form a standard and harmonious, strict and comfortable, passionate and encouraging class atmosphere. Under such atmosphere, the students can improve their abilities of moral, judgment, choice and imagination, can learn how to judge and choose and how to face life and create life positively, and can grow up with respect. This system will drive the change of class life environment and students’ life style and behaviors, which realizes the perfect combination of moral and education with life.
