大学生心理健康教育课程是时代发展的产物,在教学内容上,应该优先安排情绪、适应、学习、人际交往、自我意识、大学生恋爱、人格、挫折等方面的内容;在教学方式方法上,最好采用行为训练法、情境模拟法、影像教学、案例分析法、角色扮演法等可以让学生亲自参与和体验的方式方法。

The psychological education course in college is the product of times development.As for the teaching contents,those related to mood,adaptation,study,interpersonal communication,self-awareness,love,personality and frustration should have priority.And as for the teaching methods,including behavior training,scenario methods,visual instruction,case study and role play which students can participate in experience by themselves will be preferred.
