加强和改进大学生素质教育,要进一步转变观念,以人为本,注重人文关怀,增强服务意识,走进学生的内心深处,切实了解和全面掌握学生的情况和基本特点,教育工作中突出学生的主体地位和作用,并及时给予最真诚的关心和具体的帮助。
In order to strengthen and improve he quality education in college,we should change our concept further,focus on the students,emphasize the humanistic care,enhance the service awareness,understand the students better and know the students’ situation and basic feathers comprehensively.We should highlight the students’ role in the teaching and offer them the most sincere and practical help in time.
