浅议“团队合作”在政治理论课改革中的作用

On the Effect of Team Work Spirit on the Political Theory Course Reform

教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。在教学过程中,要处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系,注重培养学生的独立性和自主性,引导学生质疑、调查、探究,在实践中学习,使学习成为在教师指导下主动的、富有个性的过程。笔者结合本院学生的实际情况进行了相应的变化,进行了对于团队合作模式的初次尝试。

The teaching course is an interactive process with communication and development between students and teachers.During the teaching process,we should handle the relationship between spreading knowledge and developing ability,emphasize students’ independence,guide the students to question,survey,explore and learn from practice.We should make study an active,individualistic process under the teachers’ guidance.Based on the relative change of students’ real situation in our college,this paper makes a trial of the team work mode.
