With the continuing decrease of the students’ number,the private vocational colleges face a tough problem: how to overcome the difficulties and seek a way to develop further.Based on the case analysis of Wuxi Nanyang Vocational College,this paper discusses the transformation development with practicing proper strategy and integrating resources of all kinds.
