“注册入学”——高等职业教育改革的新探索

Enrollment through Registration:An important step in the reform of high-vocational education

注册入学在国外称为开放招生,是高等教育大众化的产物。美国社区学院多采用开放招生制,合格的高中毕业生只要通过了校方的考核就可以注册入学。2011年江苏省在民办高职院校的录取中采用注册入学。本文认为,这一改变将大大推动我国高等职业教育改革,有利于高等教育的健康发展。

Enrollment through Registration is called open enrollment in foreign countries,which is the product of mass-education and is widely used in American Community College where all the applicants who graduate from high school could be enrolled into college by this system.Private vocational colleges in Jiangsu province of China is introducing this system from 2011,which the author regards as an important step to activate the change in China’s high-vocational education and therefore push forward the development of high education in China.
