对民办院校实训耗材管理的思考

On the Management of Practical Training’s Consumptive Materials in Private Vocational College

随着民办高职院校的竞争激烈发展,建立完善的内部管理机制非常重要,而实训耗材的管理也是民办高职院校管理中必不可少的重要组成部分,管理好实训耗材有着十分重要的现实意义。本文结合民办高职院校的实际,分析了民办高职院校实训耗材管理中存在的一些问题,力求通过优化途径给民办高职院校的实训耗材管理工作带来益处。

With the increasing competition in private vocational college,it is very significant to set better internal management system.And the consumptive materials management of practical training is one of the essential parts in the management of private vocational college,which plays a great realistic role.This paper analyses the existing problems of the practical training’s consumptive materials management based on the reality of private vocational college,and tries to find a way to optimize the management,hoping to provide benefit for the private vocational college.
