摘要
智慧城市是城市信息化发展的必然趋势。鉴于3S技术的逐步成熟,基于"一张图"的信息化管理理念在国土、规划、环保等领域已经得到广泛应用,在园林绿化管理领域应用3S技术,设计与开发智慧园林信息管理平台,基于一张底图实现园林绿化综合业务数据的可视化、精细化管理则符合当今技术发展的潮流以及园林绿化管理的需要。文章简要介绍了智慧园林GIS监控系统的总体框架、业务数据接口模型、功能设计,阐述了业务数据接口调用与集成的设计与实现方法,最后介绍了系统在苏州市园林和绿化管理局的运行效果。
Smart city is an inevitable trend of city informatization development. In view of the 3 s technology is gradually mature, based on the information management concept of 'picture' in the homeland, planning, environmental protection and other fields has been widely used, the application of 3 s technology in the field of landscape management, design and development of wisdom garden information management platform, based on a map to implement the visualization and intensification of the landscaping integrated business data management is in accordance with the trends of technology development and landscape management needs.This paper briefly introduces the general framework, business data interface model and function design of intelligent garden GIS monitoring system, expounds the design and implementation methods of business data interface invocation and integration, and finally introduces the operation effect of the system in Suzhou garden and virescence administration bureau.
