With the development of higher education,secretarial work for leaders in colleges and universities becomes more and more important. It is imperative that secretaries for leaders should fulfill their duties and improve their qualities to meet the need.This paper elaborates on the basic requirements,importance of secretarial work,and then put forward some approaches to improve secretarial work for leaders in colleges and universities.
