Approaches to Improve Teaching of Quality Management in Engineering Colleges

质量教育的目标和重点应该放在培养学生综合运用各科知识,熟练地进行质量管理、质量分析和质量改进,善于创新和精于操作上。要改革教学内容、加强实践性环节的训练,扩大和深化基础理论知识的学习,加强数学建模、采集数据、分析数据和试验设计的练习;要以解决问题的流程方式把教学的内容贯穿在一起,锻炼学生的知识融合能力,压缩与实际没有密切关系的讲课内容。

The objective and emphasis of quality control education should be targeted at cultivation of students' comprehensive application of knowledge of various disciplines,skillful conduct of quality management,quality analysis,quality improvement,and innovation & versatile operation.This paper points out that it is significant to reform teaching contents,enhancing practice,improve study of basic theories;enrich exercises for modeling,data collection,data analysis and experiment design.We need to shrink those impractical teaching contents and connect the important ones just like the flow of problem solution,to develop students' ability of knowledge integration.
