摘要
大学的管理体制、基本制度、组织结构是界定大学使命和大学效率的"基础设施"。通过对美国马里兰大学的考察调查,针对该校管理体制、组织机构及品牌建设进行了剖析,对我国高等院校的发展提出了一些建设性的意见。
Management system,basic system,and organizational structure of a certain university are 'infrastructures' that can be used to define its mission and efficiency.This paper analyzes the management system,organizational structure and brand-building of University of Maryland and puts forward some constructive suggestions about development of higher colleges and universities in China.
