摘要
根据食品科学与工程专业人才培养目标的新要求,对《谷物科学原理》课程的教学改革进行了一系列的探索与实践,以期使《谷物科学原理》课程的教学更加适应社会发展的要求。
According to the new requirements for talent cultivation of food science and engineering major,this paper makes an exploration and practice about the teaching reform of Principle of Cereal Science,so that the teaching practice can meet the need of social development.
