摘要
针对理工科大学生人格发展中存在的一些问题,结合现代社会发展对人才的新要求以及人格教育的主要内容,探讨理工科大学生人格教育的原则与途径。提出知情意行统一等5项原则和加强人生观、价值观教育,建立优良人格形成的基础等9条途径,旨在为高校理工科大学生的德育教育和素质教育提供参考。
Based on an analysis of problems in the personality development of the university students majoring in science and technology,and with a concern of the main content of personality education and latest requirement of the society towards students,the article explores the principles and approaches for personality education And then puts forwards some suggestions on five principles and nine approaches,which is intended to provide some reference for others.
