摘要
教师职业技能水平是评价高师学生素质的重要指标之一。通过问卷调查、专题座谈、深度访谈等形式,探讨综合性大学师范生职业技能训练问题。以江南大学为例,开展应用型实践研究。在了解现实状况、分析原因的基础上,提出了系列措施,以推动综合性大学师范生职业技能训练工作的有效开展。
DAI Yun,HU Zhi-danTeacher's vocational skill level is an important factor in evaluating ability of students majoring in normal specialty.By means of questionnaire,symposium,depth interview,etc.,this paper explores the problems in vocational skill training of students majoring in normal specialty with Jiangnan University as an example.Based on the understanding of practical condition and analysis of causes,some suggestions are put forward to promote the effective implementation of vocational skill training of students majoring in normal specialty.
