摘要
将工业工程的作业测定的教学内容,从以往体力劳动为主转变到以脑力劳动为主的业务流程评测。业务流程的处理分收集信息、处理信息、输出信息3个阶段,其中一些常见的动作单元可以确定时间值。多个流程处理形成流程路线,可用泊松流模拟业务的到达,用作业测定确定处理(服务)时间。在多个流程同时运行时,要将业务经过操作员的顺序用矩阵表达出来。按照本文所述的运算规则,可以计算出各项业务在各个操作员处到达和结束的时间,从而评估整个系统的效率。经过两次本科教学实践形成了比较成熟的教学步骤,提高了学生学习工业工程的兴趣,也为企业提供了流程改革的依据。
The teaching contents of work evaluation in industrial engineering are changed from the evaluation of physical labor to business processes evaluation based on mental work.The handling of business processes falls into three stages,namely,gathering information,processing information,outputting information.The time values of some common operation units can be determined.Several business processes form a route.The arrivals of jobs can be simulated with poisson flow.Processing(service) time can be determined with work measurement in industrial engineering.When several routes are running at the same time,the order through operators is expressed in a matrix.According to the operation rules in the present paper,the arrival and end time at every operator can be calculated in order to assess the efficiency of the entire system.After two undergraduate teaching practice formed A relatively mature teaching procedures are beginning to take shape after two undergraduate teaching practices,arousing the students' interest in studying industrial engineering,as well as providing a basis for a reform in processing for enterprises.
