International Chinese Language Education in the BCIM Economic Corridor

"孟中印缅经济走廊"是"一带一路"战略的重要组成部分,该战略构想拟在交通运输、经贸投资、人文交流等领域开展全方位合作以改变孟中印缅区域的贫穷落后面貌。汉语国际教育是该战略能否顺利实施的基础性要素之一,已在四国推进多年,然而仍存在师资不足,教材"水土不服",教学资金短缺,教法陈旧等亟待解决的问题。这些问题不解决,会影响到"孟中印缅经济走廊"建设的推进。对孟中印缅地区语言政策及汉语与当地语言进行对比研究,可以有力地推助汉语国际教育向纵深发展,同时也可为我国语言学研究开拓新的空间。

BCIM Economic Corridor is an important part of the national development strategy of the Belt and Road. It involves all-round cooperation including transportation,trade,investment,cultural exchanges and so on.International Chinese language education is one of the basic elements of the implement BCIM Economic Corridor. Despite the work carried out for many years in the four countries,there are still problems including shortage of teachers and teaching funds,incompatible teaching materials,outdated of teaching methods and others. These problems affect the construction advance of BCIM economic corridor. There are many languages in the BCIM region,doing comparative study of Chinese and the local language will be helpful to international Chinese language education,and promoting linguistics study in China
