后苏哈托时期印尼地方性华文报纸的困境与出路——以印尼《千岛日报》为例

The Plights and Outlets of Local Chinese Newspaper in Indonesia in the Era of Democratic Reform——A Case Study of Qian Dao Ri Bao

后苏哈托时期,印尼华文报纸的发展并不顺畅,其中就包括印尼目前最具影响力的地方性华文报纸《千岛日报》。在实际运营中,《千岛日报》面临重重困难,如缺少读者和采编人员、发行量低、成本高、经费少、内容质量欠佳和内部意见不一等。如何在逆境中求生存,是《千岛日报》亟待解决的问题。作为独立运作的地方性华文报纸,《千岛日报》应在电子化与数字化、积极培养和筛选人才、打造报社特色和加强内部沟通等方面积极求变,以应对目前的发展困境。

After the fall of Suharto,in the era of democratic reform,the development of Chinese Newspaper have a lot of problems,including Qian Dao Ri Bao( Harian Nusantara). It is one of the most influential Local Chinese Newspaper in Indonesia. Qian Dao Ri Bao was beset by difficulties,such as few readers and news reporters,small circulation,high cost,little funds,poor quality of content and a dispute among the internal. How to survive in the difficulties is an important issue that must be solved by Qian Dao Ri Bao. As one of the few remaining Local Chinese Newspaper that operates independently,Qian Dao Ri Bao should changes for the better,for example realizing the electronic newspaper,increasing the earning with multi-approachs,attracting and developing qualified people,building up special features and enhance the internal communication.
