摘要
大学综合教务管理系统实质上是一个“人-机”交互运行的系统,因而,非技术因素对管理系统的影响不可小视。本文针对大学综合教务管理系统建设与应用中的若干非技术因素,提出在系统的建设与运行过程中,要充分重视人对系统的管理效用,发挥人的主观能动性,从而使得大学综合教务管理系统得到更好的应用。
College integrated educational administration management is actually a system in which a structure of person-machine interreac-tion model is manifested. In view of this,non-technological factors make a great difference in educational administration management system. On the basis of non-technological factors in the establishment and application of college integrated educational management system,the authors propose a plan that while handling system establishment and operation, we should attach much importance to the human managerial effectiveness on the system, and greatly exert human subjective initiative in order to make full use of college integrated educational administration management.
