利用微软最新的TTS技术和Visual Basic 6．0生成dll文件,在Excel中增加新的“文本到语音”工具栏,实现在Excel中,根据单元格中所存数据的类型发音。

In order to add a new toolbar of "Text To Speech" in Excel, we can use Microsoft company' s latest TTS technology and Visual Basic 6.0 to build dll file, thereby to achieve our final aim of making it pronounce according to the type of the data existing in a certain unit of Excel.
